Agreement Between QuranHosting.com and Client

1. Premium Services

The Academy commits to providing exceptional Quranic and Islamic education through expertly trained instructors, tailored learning plans, and advanced online tools. The Client agrees to ensure consistent participation and engagement from their child(ren) throughout the course.

2. Transparent Fee Structure

• The Client agrees to pay the monthly fee as specified during enrollment.
• To maintain high service quality, fees will increase by 10% annually.
• Payments are due by the 5th of each month. Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of services after prior notice.

3. Personalized Class Timings

• Classes will strictly adhere to the agreed schedule.
• Students must join on time. Late arrivals will result in proportionally shortened sessions.
• A grace period of 5 minutes is allowed for unavoidable delays; beyond this, the session will continue as scheduled.

4. Excellence in Discipline and Engagement

• Timeliness and participation are critical. Repeated tardiness or absence may result in additional coaching sessions at the Client's expense.
• Students must demonstrate respect and attentiveness during classes. Disruptive behavior will be addressed promptly, with escalation if necessary.

5. Comprehensive Monthly Progress Reports

• Detailed monthly progress reports will be provided, including academic achievements, attendance, and personalized recommendations for improvement.
• Parents are encouraged to review and discuss these reports with instructors to maximize their child's growth.

6. Flexible Make-Up Classes

• Clients must inform the Academy at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling due to unavoidable absences.
• One complimentary make-up session is allowed per month. Additional make-up sessions will incur a nominal fee.
• Missed classes without prior notice will not be rescheduled.

7. Enhanced Refund Policy

• Refunds will be considered only in cases of Academy-initiated service disruptions or unresolved grievances.
• For voluntary discontinuation, a one-month written notice is required.

8. Academy's Unwavering Commitment

• The Academy is committed to providing exceptional instructors, resources, and an optimized curriculum.
• We maintain a secure, private, and enriching online learning environment.
• The Academy pledges to promptly address concerns and continuously improve services.

9. Client's Active Role

• The Client is responsible for ensuring stable internet access and the necessary equipment for uninterrupted sessions.
• The Client is encouraged to promote regular attendance and emphasize the importance of the learning process.
• The Client agrees to adhere to all Academy guidelines and foster a collaborative relationship.

10. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

• The Academy is not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues or natural events.
• The Client agrees to hold the Academy harmless for any misuse of the platform or violations of this Agreement.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All shared information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for educational purposes.
• The Academy employs robust data security measures to protect client and student information.

12. Future-Proof Amendments

The Academy reserves the right to update this Agreement to reflect advancements and improvements in service delivery. Clients will receive timely notifications of any updates.

13. Seamless Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with a one-month written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be settled promptly.

14. Code of Excellence

• The Academy is dedicated to setting the gold standard in online Islamic education, ensuring every student achieves their highest potential.
• Clients are invited to provide feedback and suggestions to help the Academy grow and innovate.
